Hays Accountancy and Finance are currently working with a nationally recognised business, currently seeking a Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Administrator. This is a rare opportunity to become a permanent member of a well-established team based in Solihull. Due to a vast expansion over the past 5 years, this job opportunity offers an exciting chance to join a commendable company who have generated over a decade of successful trade, and take the first step towards a highly rewarding career.
This critical post will be a vital component in the companies' success, as you will be in charge of all purchase ledger and query management matters. Duties would include posting and maintaining accurately detailed invoices; calculating and assessing profit margins, and making required company purchases when necessary. You will have the opportunity to reduce company costs by critically analysing supplier interactions, allowing you to impact dramatically on the companies' success.
To be considered as a candidate for this rare opportunity, you will be required to have previous experience in Sage Line 50 accounts system, as well as sound knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. You will also have outstanding administrative and organisational skills accompanied by exceptional verbal communication skills, in particular professional telephone etiquette. You will be able to use your own initiate and multi-task with the highest of standards.
