Hays Senior Finance are currently working with a UK market leader with offices in Coventry. This blue chip organisation are growing at a strong rate and their customer base consists of some of the UK's most recognisable brands. Due to an internal promotion, there is currently an opportunity for a career focussed and ambitious business partner to join the established finance team.



The successful applicant will be responsible for cash flow forecasting, month end postings and P&L results. Management accounts, internal budgeting and forecasting and leading a regular finance review with general managers. You will be heavily involved with managers in the business, offering support with ongoing appraisals and ensuring maximisation of financial returns. You will represent the business at supplier meetings and be responsible for development of the forecasting model.



To be considered for this position, you will be a newly qualified accountant with a commercial mindset. You must have worked either in a large practice, looking for your first move in to industry, or currently be in an analytical / commercial role within a larger organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that places real value on developing and progressing it's people, therefore you must be highly motivated and keen to progress.
