Corporate Governance within the West and Wales region is going through a really exciting period of change. It is a fast growing specialism within Senior Finance and in order to meet increased market demand and to help improve service delivery to our key clients, we are seeking to build this team.

As part of this transformation, we are seeking to hire in a highly experienced recruiter to develop the business across the South West of the region.

This exciting opportunity will be based out of our Reading, Swindon or Bristol office, with regular travel to other office locations as required. Working with many of the FTSE 100, FTSE 200, Fortune 500 and AIM listed organisations across a variety of commercial sectors; recruiting positions in internal audit, risk, compliance and internal controls. You will be working in a 'boutique' division with the primary aim of growing our Corporate Governance footprint in the regional market.

This is a fast paced market which is experiencing aggressive growth and therefore to be successful you will need to deliver results and meet both the business' and clients demands. In return, you will get the opportunity to learn from some of the very best in our business and be part of one of the most exciting specialisms in Hays UK.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the necessary focus and experience to drive the business forward. You will be given responsibility straight away and tasked to lead the recruitment process for some of our most high profile clients in the market and to distinguish yourself from the mainstream agencies. We require hard-working, talented recruiters with a proven ability to gain business through an assertive approach and the determination to continue the development of this fast growing specialism. Ideally, you will have a proven track record of recruiting in a blue chip market, along with successfully meeting and exceeding targets.
