- Manages activities of non-exempt/exempt individual contributors
- Has accountability for a large multi-department area(s) or location(s) with significant impact on business unit results and organizational strategy.
- Applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues within established policies.
- Acts as a key advisor to senior management and as client on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization.
- Plans, directs and monitors high-end operational/tactical activities of Staff.
- Staff members' primary focus is on either high-end tactical or broad strategic issues or a combination of both.
- Recruits and supports development and mentoring of direct staff members.
Additional Guidance/Criteria:
- Directs and controls activities within a sub-region or Region;
- Position typically reports to MG3 or above;
- Typically managers 10 or more direct reports.
- Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5years’ of Client Mgmt & 10 + years industry experience including program management and leadership.
• Responsible for P&L with a track record of $20 million per annum.
• Experience in large revenue deals to include combination of multi-country/ business unit/product line.
• Proven track record in business P&L management, financial concepts and contract law.
• Experience in developing executive level customer relationships including very good negotiation, presentation and communication skills at executive levels.
• Proven track record in leading large, virtual teams, influential, able to work across organizational boundaries, dealing with ambiguity and setting up internal networks.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Strong Healthcare, BPO (business process outsourcing) experience. Medicaid preferred.
Demonstrated experience in managing a BPO Operations to include; compliance to service level agreements, implementation of process and productivity initiatives, and discipline to set and manage to productivity metrics and standards.
Demonstrate broad knowledge of corporate policies, products, markets and processes, and an understanding of general business management principles and practices, financial management, and multinational program management.
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining executive level client relationships.
Demonstrated experienced managing and negotiating contractual obligations, controlling scope definition of work.
