This national organisation are a proud manufacturing company with a unique offering to the market. They have an excellent reputation in their field and are known for the quality of their products.



Due to internal movement an experienced HR/Payroll Advisor is required to start immediately in the Acacia Ridge head office.



Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for the full scope of HR services from recruitment and learning and development to performance management and dealing with workers compensation. There will be the opportunity for you to make your mark by updating the HR policies and procedures as well working closely with the business to ensure HR best practice is followed. In this role you will be responsible for dealing with payroll inquiries as well as any additional work that may be required to support the payroll outsourcing process.



To be considered for this role you should have worked in a similar role previously. This will be an autonomous role where you will need to draw from your experience in HR and ideally having dealt with both blue and white collar client groups. You should also be available to start immediately.
