This education provider is a highly reputable organisation with a strong local presence across multiple sites. As part of an organisational wide change agenda they require a dynamic and passionate Instructional Designer who can design, develop, facilitate and evaluate professional development programs including redesigning the induction program.

Liaising with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are fit for purpose and designed by users for users you will prepare all training materials in line with project quality standards and schedules.



With proven professional experience and exceptional time management skills, you will have a strong desire to work as a part of a dynamic and fast paced team to create positive change in a diverse and uplifting environment. Your resilience, communication and interpersonal skills will be influential across the entire organisation and are critical to your success in this role.



As an experienced Instructional Designer you will have solid experience from similar type roles in large complex and ever changing businesses. Your practical expertise will be complemented by your academic qualifications.
