This European Company is a leading manufacturer and supplier of a key automotive system worldwide. To support the complex and rapid growing business in China, the company is now seeking a HR Business Partner to oversee their operations in China.



This business critical position encompasses business partnering, talent management and strategic planning. In this role, you will collaborate with the executive and functional management team to design and deploy the HR suite of Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development and Staffing programs across the organization. Surrounding these functional areas, you will also provide HR expertise in the area of employee relations and organization development.



As the successful applicant, polished communication skills are vital for dealing directly with senior management and working effectively across the organization. 5+ years experience in human resources, preferably cover manufacturing before.
