As part of an organisational wide change agenda they require a dynamic, passionate and resilient Talent Consultant who can maintain a positive and can do attitude in an environment that is ever changing.



Reporting directly into the Capability Development Manager this role will see you designing and developing a career management framework, succession planning framework, programs and other initiatives.



More importantly you will be competent in building and executing talent strategies and processes to ensure the organisation can identify talent and evaluate best practice approaches to talent management.



To ensure your success in this position you will be a values- driven team player with exceptional skills in collaboration and relationship building, who is results orientated and motivated by driving positive change across a complex and diverse workforce.
