My client is a market leader within the Housing Sector. Offering affordable housing solutions, the business also offer general contracting services and have developed a fantastic reputation for delivering efficient, cost-effective solutions.



Due to a recent restructure, the business is now looking for a Commercial Director to join the business, focusing on developing company strategy and managing the commercial function. From Surveyors to Estimators, you will manage the team to ensure that targeted projects are won and the services is delivered efficiently.



To be considered for this position, it is imperative that you have the following skill set:



Previous experience in a Commercial Director or Senior Commercial Management role

An understanding of Social or Affordable Housing is advantageous, but candidates with experience in associated markets will also be considered

Educated to degree level or equivalent within a relevant field
