An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Banking and Finance Lawyer with 2-3 years PAE to contribute to the growing success of the firm. The role will see you advising on complex banking and finance matters including compliance, acquisitions, funds management, property and project finance, and superannuation.



As an integral member of the team, you will be a commercially astute and well-rounded lawyer who is ambitious and solutions-focussed. Your concrete experience in the banking and finance legal sector will see you confident dealing with complex and novel transactions, and interacting with high class clients. You will boast a solid technical and organisational skill set, strong attention to detail, and extensive experience in analytical and advice drafting skills, as well as corporate, asset and project finance work.



Essentially, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to build and maintain strong client relationships. You will flourish engaging in a team environment, but will also have the ability to operate effectively autonomously.
