One of Australia's leading banks is looking to aggressively expand its lending book with the development of new positions within their branch network by bringing in experienced Lending Managers.



Working autonomously you will run your own business within the banks brand, developing your reputation in the Melbourne market as a trusted Lending Specialist.



So we're looking for home loan experts to join the Banks local branch teams and partner their customers throughout the full mortgage cycle. Leveraging off the established and high performing retail networks, you will be supported with major campaigns and sales initiatives.



As a Lending Manager you will be the face of the bank, meeting with customers to gain a full understanding of their lending requirements. You will be a proactive business developer with a sound knowledge of the Melbourne market with proven referral network.



The successful Lending Manager will enjoy customer interaction and have built a successful career in customer-facing sales and service. You will have created strong relationships developed referral networks and generated new business in the Home Loan / Lending space. Complementing your understanding of lending principles is a mind for details and a proven record of sound judgement and decision-making.
