This Government funded organisation is contracted by the Australian Government, to deliver high levels of service, people, and technology to various national departments.



Due to increased demand of services they require a Customer Service Officer to assist the Townsville office during this busy period.



You must have experience in a high volume customer service department, and demonstrated success in meeting KPI's, whilst maintaining excellent service standards. You will have demonstrated success in all aspects of office administration and a successful background in accurate data entry. Your strong organisation skills will ensure you succeed in the document control element of the position. As this role is an immediate start, you must be available to start in Townsville by the start of November, the role is a temporary position for a period of three months with a review at the end of this period.



This role will be Monday to Friday on a roster basis covering from 7am to 8pm so flexibility is essential. They are recognised as a flexible employer, with employee benefit schemes and competitive salaries to ensure they provide an accommodating and rewarding workplace.
