• Part time, 4 days per week

Due to a recent staffing change this manufacturing business requires an assistant accountant/senior finance officer who is looking to develop their career on a part time basis. (4 days/30 hours per week)



Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for accounts payable, and supporting the CFO in the transactional accounting, including trial balance reconciliations, and Payroll. Currently looking to implement a new ERP system, assistance with this process will be a core aspect of the position.



A highly organised and professional individual you will possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise daily tasks. You will be either degree qualified or progressing towards this. You will have a strong understanding of accounting principles gained through practical experience and procedures including detailed understanding of debtors, creditors, general ledger and GST. You'll be adaptable and flexible and will possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
