The client is a specialist in the high end multi unit residential market with examples of their exemplar work dotted around Auckland in areas such as Grey Lynn, Mount Eden and Elerslie. The client has been operational for 6 years and is going from strength to strength. A graduate has moved away and they now require an experienced technician to help with the repeat business and new clients.



The perfect candidate will have 5-10 years of NZ experience ideally within the residential sector, it is crucial that you have a great knowledge of New Zealand building code 3604 and a proficiency in Revit. Responsibilities include taking concepts and designs and turning those in to construction documentation, the practice offers a warm and supportive environment and are very proud of the organic culture they have grown.



This role would suit a technician who would like to work in a practice were what they do makes a big difference, the relaxed atmosphere would certainly appeal to someone who has come from a more rigid background in the multi unit residential sector.
