Are you an innovative and courageous communications professional who has worked on change communications?


My client is a top performing government agency who helps our community to keep moving, both in their personal lives, and at work. An exciting opportunity has opened up for a high performing Internal Communications contractor to develop and lead the communications of a key change project. This is a 30 hour a week fixed term contract until June 2015.



This is an exciting project that will help this key business group to achieve their vision of Great Support, Great Solutions and Great Partners. Your role as Senior Communications Advisor will be one of three in the PMO, and your genuine collaborative approach is paramount to the project's success.



The key element of this role begins with working collaboratively with various areas of the organisation to develop an innovative and purposeful communications plan. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and hold courage in your convictions. Holding value in your own expertise and confidence, you will provide specialist communications advice to others within the business across all levels. Your internal customer focus is evident, and you hold this at the centre of all you do to ensure the right messages are being received which triggers the desired response from you audience.



Your prior experience working within an internal communications role, within the government sector (but not necessarily solely within the government sector) means you can hit the ground running. You must have experience working within a change project before and be able to demonstrate you exposure to working with various change models will hold you in high regard.
