The firm seeks an experienced Legal Secretary to work for both Special Counsel in Defendant Insurance Law and a Professional Indemnity Junior Lawyer. The right candidate will be a 'yes' person, exhibiting positivity and a willingness to undertake tasks. You will be well-versed in legal terminology, and will be familiar with legal documentation, ensuring you are confident working within this Firm's environment. You will be tech-savvy; proficient in a variety of computer software applications. You will be experienced in dictation, evidencing a quick typing speed and effective accuracy rate. You will have strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being well organised and capable of multi-tasking will enable you to deal effectively under pressure.
