A leading manufacturer and distributor based in the Liverpool area have recently seen a significant increase in demand for their products and are recruiting a highly driven Customer Service Centre Representative to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a leader in their field.



You will be responsible for taking high volume inbound calls (80-130 per day) processing orders, processing information and orders through SAP, problem solving, providing product advice and delivering a customer experience that goes above and beyond expectations.



This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to progress into a Team Leader position.



You will have solid experience in customer service role within a high volume product environment and will also have experience using SAP. You will have the ability to build strong relationships and be a positive, personable individual. You will be supported by a friendly and proactive customer service team. You will be based in modern offices where car parking is available on site and leadership skills are well regarded.
