Telephony Team Manager

My client are a subsidiary of a well known retail bank who specialise in Life, Pensions and investments products. Based in Edinburgh, they require an individual with extensive knowledge of a variety of these products, with experience in managing telephony teams involved in the servicing of such products.



This permanent job will surround managing a team of consultants who will be responsible for providing first class service to the bank's customers as well as servicing in line with industry regulations.

You will be involved in the day to day management of these agents, as well as dealing with any issue from a HR/ people perspective.



Please note, it is essential that you have experience working in a regulated financial services area as well as management experience.
