Interim HR advisor, Hull, Salary c£32000 + bonus & benefits.

My client, an international energy business requires an interim HR advisor to join the business for 6 months initially (with a view to permanent) Based in Hull with regional travel you will provide generalist support to a varied stakeholder group.



Replacing a leaver and reporting to a regional HR manager the successful candidate will provide generalist HR advice to commercial and processing teams in a unionised environment. You will support change projects in your region and deal with escalated ER issues as well as working closely with the management team across your region to ensure people strategy is aligned to the performance of the aligned area.



The successful candidate will be a strong HR generalist, comfortable working autonomously with excellent employment law knowledge and experience of managing change. Experience within a unionised environment would be an advantage as would experience of working within the energy business or a large, matrix commercial business. You should also be available to start within the next month.
