Assistant Business Partner

Assistant Business Partner-Central London Up to £200 per day Ltd-Start ASAP- 6 Months +



An excellent opportunity has become available to join a London-based transport authority as an Assistant Business Partner. This is a 6-month temporary role, and is based in central London. It is essential that the successful candidate is educated to degree level or possesses equivalent experience.



The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and delivering effective internal change communications and engagement plans, programmes, and campaigns that align to both communications and business outcomes.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Working with business partners to understand and diagnose business area issues and needs to provide timely tactical support to achieve solutions and outcomes

* Working effectively with the Head Business Partners and Business Partners to support in developing & delivering employee engagement and communication plans

* Identifying, tracking and measuring effectiveness of communication and engagement plans, working with the Business Management function

* Taking the lead on communication and engagement projects, such as employee survey as well as supporting business critical projects allocated in line with business priorities



The ideal candidate should possess experience of running communications projects and campaigns in customer-facing environments and across the full range of media (in particular face-to-face and social media).It is also essential that the candidate has strong writing skills, with proven ability to produce clear, creative and high quality content and messaging.
