Billing Manager

Greater San Diego Area, US - Management Consulting

• Lead individual responsible for generating on-time monthly client invoice, based on consumption data, for large IT outsourcing contract.

• Manage billing dispute process, acting as intermediary between client and provider of source consumption data.

• Assist in developing billing processes for new services

• Continuous billing/invoicing process improvement





Qualifications
• 8-10 years of experience in Information Technology sector

• At least 3 years of IT services Billing/Invoicing experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent degree.

• Detailed understanding of IT services (labor, hardware, software, telecom services, etc.) consumption billing, including client cost object / chargeback management

• Experience in managing a billing dispute process

• Strong project management skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines

• A strong, confident and assertive demeanor with a proven track record of exceeding goals

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills such as Pivot Tables and Vlookup



Optional Skills:

• Data manipulation using Microsoft Access

• Experience using SAP
