Senior Project Manager

Copenhagen Area, Capital Region, Denmark, DK - Information Technology and Services

We will hire a senior project manager to be located in Copenhagen area with proven experience from leading large and complex projects at fixed price. You will mainly work on customer projects but also in presale engagements.

The Project Manager will report to our delivery manager for the Nordic countries.

Responsibilities:

• Manages customer project delivery:

o Large/complex projects covering single or multiple regions

o High Risk projects

o Complex legal and commercial issues

• Manages project financials including P&L

o Meets or exceeds approved financial measures

o Provides reliable financial forecasts

• Manages business development

o Identifies and develops new opportunities with customer

o Supports early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities

o Acts as opportunity manager for major deals

• Manages client relationships

o Manages high level client relationships

o Represents the HP organization to external customers/clients

• Leads program team

o Leads team of internal and external resources as required

o Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members

o Provides detail performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors

o Mentors others, providing a role model and support for individual development

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

• Language requirements-in written and spoken:

You must be fluent in Danish and English

• Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology other related degree or equivalent experience

At least 10 years of relevant experience

Experience in large and complex deals

PMP Certification

• An extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
