This leading financial institution is currently seeking a Manager to work within its Commercial Banking division. As a leader you will inspire your team, coach and deliver on measurable results, in a high performing culture and engaged environment.
As a Manager within commercial credit, you will work closely with the Relationship Bankers to achieve and exceed financial targets and business growth, while assisting in executing transactions and delivering superior client outcomes. You will be able to use your extensive technical ability and demonstrate your commercial credit knowledge with credit submissions, loan structures, financial modelling and analysis. Ensuring compliance and recognising any potential risks; are a reflection of the Bank's underwriting standards and credit policy and identify recommendations for new business. This role will require advanced skills in negotiation and communication skills, the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders of the business. You will be held accountable for influencing and encouraging the promotion of exceeding financial objectives and profitable growth in a customer centric focus environment.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have previous experience within corporate or commercial banking, with a strong personal brand internally and established external networks within the Adelaide market. You will also need to have a proven track record in growing a team and their portfolio, exceeding revenue growth and lending targets. You must be Tertiary qualified in Banking, Finance or Economics.
