There is a good reason why our client is by far the market leader worldwide in what they do. They manufacture revolutionary play equipment that saves childrens' lives. Due to continued growth and success, they are in search of a skilled Sales Team Leader to join their friendly office based in Ryde.
Reporting directly to the site manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 sales consultants. As a team, you will be driving sales by processing inbound and outbound warm calls to take sales orders from customers, up-selling and cross-selling on every opportunity. On occasion, you will also do the cold calling campaigns to generate business, attend exposition events and man the retail display area. Customers will attend the site for product demonstrations, so there will be an element of face-to-face sales in the role too.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability motivate a team to work to sales targets and KPIs, preferably in a telephone based environment. Your office administration skills will be advanced, proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and having had exposure to CRM systems, ideally SAP. Given the nature of the product, you will need to be physically fit and able to partake in occasional heavy lifting.
With this role comes full training, discounts on products and a salary of $50K + Super + Bonuses. The office is based in Ryde with ample free staff parking available and the hours are a 38 hour week from Sunday to Thursday, flexible between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
