Our client is at the forefront of Online Education, delivering nationally recognised qualification to Australians across a myriad of disciplines. Due to continued growth and success, they are in search of a skilled Student Support Advisor to join their vibrant team in Brookvale.



You will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from current and potential students, on hand to offer administrative support on a range of inquiries. You will be assigned your own skill area to specialise in and will offer career and study advice accordingly to support students from enrolment through to graduation. You will also be making outbound follow up calls where required.



The ideal candidate will have at least 9 months experience working in a KPI driven contact centre environment, along with a tertiary qualification in the areas of Business Management, Project Management, Beauty Therapy, Natural Therapies or Events. Previous working knowledge of Salesforce, Paradigm and Moodle systems will be a distinct advantage, and general aptitude for technology and computer programs must be displayed.



You will be working Monday to Friday 9 to 5, based in the state-of-the-art offices in Brookvale. You will be awarded a salary of $50-60K + Super depending on experience. With this comes ongoing training and support and the opportunity for career progression down the track.
