Regional Sales Manager (Construction Equipment)

This client of mine is a global manufacturer that caters to the heavy duty construction industry. With a market leading product line backing them, they are rapidly expanding in the emerging markets in Asia. As such, there is a new vacancy for a Regional Sales Manager to support them in Singapore. This role will report directly to the General Manager of Sales.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking to push their sales career to the next level.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will ensure continued growth in the region for their platform and lifts product line. You will develop, monitor and implement sales plans and forecasts across the region. You are expected to identify and source for new business activities whilst maintaining strong customer relationships with the existing customers. Top line sales revenue and profit margins will be your key deliverables. Delivery of marketing campaigns and trade-show execution will also fall under your portfolio. This is an end to end role, covering sales and aftermarket sales as well.
To be successful in this role, you must come with at least 5 years of relevant regional sales experience in the construction sector. Experience in lifts or platform products will be highly advantageous. You come with a track record in sales and managing distributors in the region. As this is a regional role, travel will be required.
