• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

A high profile organisation at the forefront of industrial packaging is in a state of expansion and looking for a skilled Customer Service professional to join its vibrant team in Smithfield.



You will be working to sales targets and KPIs to maintain existing business accounts, taking inbound sales orders from customers up-selling and cross-selling where possible. You will also be taking general inquiries, tracking and investigation orders and deliveries, handling complaints and taking care of general office administration.



The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience in a contact centre based Customer Service role, and proven ability to work to KPIs and Sales Targets. Experience in the packaging or industrial manufacturing industry or working knowledge of ERP systems is highly advantageous.



You will be based in the Smithfield office and working Monday to Friday 8.30 until 5.00 You will be paid a salary of $47K + Super. With this role comes a supportive working environment, full training and career progression opportunities down the track.
