We are currently recruiting for a number of Transition Executives. The Transition Executive is the key CSC management delivery representative to the client on the initial stages of the outsourcing contract, providing vision and strategy, executive oversight, and holistic systems integration program management for the complete Transition life cycle. The Transition Executive is accountable for ensuring that the client solution has been implemented, as agreed with the client. Additionally, throughout the Transition lifecycle the Transition Executive must ensure that the transition projects meet their success criteria and the project outputs are integrated within the account operations to ensure ongoing operational success.


Primary Responsibilities Include:


· The Transition Executive is responsible for the delivery of the transition solution within the timeframe and budget established in the final approved bid model

· The Transition Executive serves as the key CSC management delivery representative to the client during the initial stages of an outsourcing contract

· Provides vision and strategy, executive oversight, and holistic systems integration program management for the complete transition life cycle

· Oversees client relationship building, employee on-boarding, account setup, and up-front implementation of contracted technical and service delivery solutions to achieve specified performance and financial objectives

· Represents global and regional transition organizations in all phases of the new business process

· Reviews client requests for proposals (RFPs) and supports the solution executive and the solution managers in creating the transition strategy

· Represents CSC in articulating the transition solution to the client, describing the vision, the “journey” to achieving the vision, and the value proposition and benefits of the program

· Manages the completion and subsequent execution of the transition plan and is accountable for program cost, schedule, and delivery quality

· Maintains a thorough understanding of the transition strategy, plan, and interdependencies as part of the overall outsourcing effort

· Works with multiple CSC product lines and services, outside partners, offshore teams, and subcontractors to establish and manage an effective transition team

· Has significant responsibility and senior management exposure within CSC and client organizations
