Leading Investment Bank have an Interim opportunity for a Complaints Associate to join them on 6 month role will be based in London.
The Complaints Associate will have responsibility for the centralised capturing, monitoring and reporting of Client Complaints within Investment Banking.
Role will be to monitor the Central Complaints Unit mailbox, enter complaint data received into Central Complaint Database accurately and timely and monitors complaint lifecycle and updates complaint file accordingly.
To liaise with complaint recipient and investigator to ensure resolution is recorded accurately along with root cause along with producing weekly, monthly and ad hoc complaints data reports.
Skills & Knowledge
Candidate must have previous experience in handling complaints or customer service operations, ideally in a financial institution.
Have strong analytical skills in order to understand a complaint through its lifecycle, as well as reports so as to identify errors or anomalies within them.
Good communication skills with members of staff at junior and senior level, to obtain the necessary information to record a complaint fully through the complaint lifecycle. An Understanding of UK regulatory framework for Banking
