A renowned organization within the Logistics sector is looking for an HR Manager to partner management and business leaders to be the key point of contact in providing solutions across full spectrum of HR. Reporting to the Asia Pacific HR Director, you will be involved in talent acquisition, performance management, payroll consolidations, policy maintenance as well as HRIS management. You will also lead and guide a team of competent HR personnel, to ensure that they deliver results aligned with company objectives.



With over five years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner / Generalist, you will possess strong business acumen and leadership capabilities, with a high level of analytical, communication and facilitation skills. You will also be able to undertake pressure within a fast paced and dynamic working environment. Candidates with experience using PeopleSoft system will have an added advantage.
