This leading financial services group is looking for someone to join their growing broker business that offers a full range of specialised products, superior client services and tailored solutions. Joining a Mortgage Broker you will utilise their extensive referral networks and grow their lending business utilising your knowledge of lending, which would ideally have come from within the banking industry.



Due to significant growth and the needs of the businesses clientele they are considering those candidates with proven broking experience. The business has highlighted a keen interest in those experienced Relationship Managers from business, commercial or corporate banking who are looking to make a change in their career and increase their overall earning potential.



Based in their new offices in South East Melbourne you will be given access to an extensive network and pre-existing referral network for you to go and write business. In this role you will be proactive in generating new business and proficient in the preparation of documentation for home and commercial finance. Part of the role will include servicing customers ensuring all new and existing enquires are handled in a timely manner. Utilising your proven knowledge in lending you will provide end to end service on the most appropriate solutions in all financial aspects.



To be successful in this role, you will be professionally presented, preferably have some mortgage broking experience, have a track record in meeting monthly targets and ideally be MFAA accredited. That said the client will look at those individuals in banking who are looking at external opportunities in which you can significantly increase your earning potential within the first year of working for them. In this case you will have client facing, relationship management experience, be a highly motivated self starter with ambition to succeed and grow your network. You will utilise your exceptional time management skills to ensure quality and service standards are met.
