This local council requires the services of a graphic designer / creative officer to providing support to the senior designer for a few weeks in January to cover annual leave. You will be located on the south side of Brisbane and will be provided with onsite parking.
Reporting to the senior designer you will development and implement effective graphic design, creative direction and marketing tools on behalf of the council. This will include but is not limited to provide professional graphic design and visual imagery on a range of print media, design and prepare promotional material, advertising and assist in developing campaigns as well as any other ad-hoc projects.
To be the successful incumbent of the role you will have a strong working history in graphic design, public relations or general marketing whilst having experience in photography. You will demonstrate a high working knowledge of Abode Suite and possess a creative flare and great understanding of design principles. You will also have a very strong working history in print design which is essential.
This is a great opportunity to cover a short term temporary assignment and be rewarded accordingly.
