This client, specialised in land development and water services, is looking for a Customer Service Officer for their Mackay Office.
The position will see you interact directly; face to face or via phone, with a wide range customers and stakeholders. You will be answering to their questions and requests as well as finding solutions to their issues.
As the ideal candidate, you have an approachable but professional personality and a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service. You are a fast learner and you are willing to develop your knowledge on survey plan and title searches. Enthusiastic, proactive, self motivated; you enjoy working independently and have a good attention to details. You have very good computer skills and have facilities to learn new systems. This client is offering a 3 months placement in the Mackay area.
