Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Support Officer to cover a period of maternity leave.



Based in the CBD office and reporting to the HR Manager you will be the first point of contact for all Human Resource enquiries received by phone and email, providing guidance and support to the business in relation to HR policies and processes. Additionally you will be responsible for providing general HR administration support including filing and data entry, assisting in the administration of recruitment and training processes, data base management, preparation of correspondence, and maintenance of personnel records and files.



It is essential that you have a proven track record in offering admin and HR support to a business with strong competency across the Microsoft Office suite. You will use your well developed communication and interpersonal skills, your proven organisational skills and your strong attention to detail to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
