To support business growth and development in Asia Region, the company is going to build the very first factory in Asia, locates in Jiaxing city, Zhejiang Province, close to Shanghai. Thus, we are looking for a sophisticated assistant to provide professional secretarial service to its senior executives who's in charge of the whole factory building up and operations in the long run.



As the successful applicant, fluent English communication skill along with detail orientated working style is vital for dealing directly with senior management and working effectively across the organisation. Eight years experience in related job function with multiple reporting lines, experience in plant or engineering environment will be a plus. Shuttle bus in south area (Xuhui district) of Shanghai is provided for daily commute.
