The Accounting Communication Manager (m/f) is responsible for managing and steering the content and topics of the accounting function in Bayer´s Group Accounting based upon the corporate accounting strategy. In order to provide a common understanding within the global accounting organization at all levels the main tasks of this position include:

• Develop and implement global communication strategy and comprehensive
  communication plan to underline the added value accounting provides for the
  Bayer Group worldwide
• Provide strategic communication consultancy to management, program and
  project leads as well as key interfaces to identify communication needs and
  requirements as well as to ensure the delivery of current topics
• Drive topic management according communication strategy and operative
  objectives; derive effective and efficient communication measures accordingly
  to provide better visibility and understanding of accounting governance, services
  and solutions
• Collaborate with key interfaces in order to coordinate major topics and developments;
  realize communication activities accordingly based on consistent messaging and using
  appropriate channels to cascade key messages throughout the global organization
• Manage and maintain key media (print and online), evaluate communications activities
  (using surveys and other appropriate tools), manage content, design, production,
  distribution and budget with strict cost control
