Mainframe Batch Operator with Italian

Gijón Area, Spain, ES - Information Technology and Services

Due to our expansion process in Asturias, CSC is recruiting a Mainframe Batch Operations & Scheduling role who will support the operations for one of our main customers. The recruited person will be in charge of the following tasks and responsibilities:



- Prepare the execution plan. It will run on OPC mainframe integrated with other platforms (NFE,Datawarehouse,SAP)

- Execute and control the run of jobs

- Prepare and execute the DbD requests integrated with the execution plan

- Prepare and execute the monthly and year closing integrated with other platforms

- T&I tasks

- Deploy the major releases and fixes in prod

- ZCMAN usage to move programs through different environments (pre-prod, test)

- Project support

- Host printers management

Local interface to central team for custom requests (reports, start/stop CICS, DB2)
