HAYS Construction is working with a highly successful Tier 3 builder based in Western Sydney, who specialise in commercial and rail projects. Due to recent successes and a number of project wins, they are looking for a Contract Administrator on a contract basis to assist them in the procurement stages of multiple projects.



Working alongside the Senior Project Managers, you will be responsible for the complete procurement of trades by getting in prices from subbies and letting contracts to the successful subcontractors. You will then build procurement schedules and scopes of works in line with a commercial successful projects.



The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in producing tender packages and raising contracts on commercial developments with any knowledge of rail projects being highly beneficial. You will be an excellent negotiator with the ability to communicate and build relationships with subcontractors.



This role is available for an immediate start and will be 3 - 4 months initially with the potential to extend.
