Senior Manager, Operations Excellence
Singapore, SG - Import and Export, Information Services, Logistics and Supply Chain

Our client is one a Global trading firm with strong presence in Asia. They are looking for a Director for their Operations Excellence team in Singapore.

You person will be responsible for designing and developing our strategy and managing and driving our in source and outsource shared service activities in line with our goals to optimize our costs and the value of our services provided to various stakeholders across our finance, execution, commercial and IT functions. You will help to lead process improvement projects and implementations across multiple business units in Asia. You have to leverage Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement frameworks to drive and effect cultural change. Coordinating with all functions and all employees to ensure successful knowledge transfer and sustained participation is realized in lean and continuous improvement activities are essential to this role. You will have to support the executive sponsors, business champions, and project leaders in defining initiative scope, identifying stakeholders and managing initiatives.

Desired Qualities/Skills
* 10 years +years in process improvement and project management roles.
* Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience required.
* Organization Change Management experience required
* SAP project implementation experience desired.
* Ability and flexibility to succeed in a fast paced environment working on multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
* Bachelors degree required
