I am recruiting on an exclusive basis for a large Insurance firm based in South East London, who require a 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst with strong Access Management, NTFS File Permission, Office 365, Exchange and Lync experience for a business critical role due to an internal promotion.



The successful candidate will be responsible for complete User Access Provisioning requests in a timely and accurate manner, whilst liaising with suppliers (external system providers) to ensure that SLA's are maintained and requests completed accurately. You will be expected to resolve access related queries from end users and external system providers, plus monitor User Access Control Remedy queue and handle issues relating to Access Provisioning. Part of your role will also see you generate a daily list of leavers from the business and ensure all such accounts are removed.



To be considered, you must have previously worked in either a 1st / 2nd Line Support capacity, or possess User Access or Access Management experience, plus have working knowledge of NTFS File Permissions, Office 365, Exchange and Lync.



Due to the nature of the role and the interaction required with the business as well as external 3rd parties and suppliers, outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
