Real Estate Fund Finance Manager 6-12m Fixed Term Contract



My client, a major global Investment Manager are looking for the temporary appointment of a Fund Finance Manager for a 6 - 12m fixed term contract in their Real Estate business. This Real Estate Fund Manager has delivered sustained growth and posted impressive ROIs.



As a Fund Finance Manager you will take full responsibility for controlling and managing the financial accounting and reporting for a number of real estate, infrastructure and debt funds and direct properties. You will review quarterly fund management accounts, fund/entity statutory accounts, consolidate IFRS output, manage relationships with local accountants and orchestrate process improvement initiatives such as implementing controls, refining systems, and working on fund launches from a fund operations and accounting perspective. You will also work part of the wide business and manage internal and external stakeholders.



Successful candidates must be qualified (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) either in a top 4 accountancy firm (in the Real Estate or Investment Management team) or will have previous fund accounting experience within the Real Estate/Infrastructure sector. If you aren't already, you must demonstrate the ability to keep abreast with current accounting standards (UK and IFRS) and accounting consolidations (IFRS 10/12).



This role requires an ambitious and driven accountant who is looking to join a successful and progressive business.
