Job description:


You"ll be making significant contributions to the overall success for customers of Global IT fields, as the key member to provide the solution of IT foundation architecture management, IT service process consultant, IT facilities monitoring and administration, etc. Also, to provide the solution of Cloudy Service monitoring and administration include technical consultant and production delivery.



The team is responsible that HP ITPS products. We deliver the HP products to tremendous differentiated and perceived value to customers. As the member of the team you"ll ensure that HP provides them with the best overall service experience of requirement implementation, software delivery, configuration, add value development, testing, troubleshooting, operation, etc. for ITPS solution and production.



You'll work in the environment which is based on of standard service/consultant/delivery of globalization, to be the high quality member with capability in both knowledge and experience, and to be the specialist and consultant of the field IT management software.



As the Delivery Engineer you will deliver HP ITPS software solutions on customer site or remotely. Typical tasks are listed below:



· IT infrastructure monitoring and requirements collection.



· Install and configure ITPS products.



· Integration with 3 party applications like Remedy, SMS equipments. Etc.



· Customize ITPS solutions according to requirements using JavaScriptPerl, C, Shell script etc.



· Documents and training.



If you don't have the knowledge or experience of HP ITPS products, however you have passion to be involve into this field, if you are qualify in other of our requirements, you will be provided opportunities of relative training and certificate process once you are on-board.


Basic requirements


· Majored in computer science or software engineering or similar specialties.



· Know UNIX/Linux administrate skill and basic Oracle/ SQL server administration/configuration skills



· Know Java/J2EE/. NET/C/C++/Web Service programming (1 at least)



· Know UNIX Shell, Python or Perl program language (1 at least)



Soft Skills


· Proactive working attitude



· Can resolve problems via all kinds of resources independently



· Work on customer site independently to take work related to HP BTO software implementation, customer requirements analysis and trouble shooting



Below experience is plus


· Weblogic, Websphere, Jboos, Tuxedo, IIS, Apache, Oracle, SQL server, MQ, VMware, Hyper-V



· Fluent English speaking
