Facilities Contract Co-ordinator / Facilities Administrator,
Dublin city centre, €Neg.


Hays Construction & Property have a new vacancy for an experienced Facilities Administrator to join an established Facilities Management team. This position is based in Dublin city centre, however from time to time it may involve travel to client's sites around the city.



The ideal candidate will have 2 years similar experience, preferably within an out-sourcing Facilities Management organisation, other attributes important for this role is self motivation, hard working and a strong sense of customer focus.



Duties and responsibilities included in the role are:

- Assisting the Facilities Contracts Managers in a range of duties to ensure all service level agreements and KPI's are met

- Ensure full compliance with company procedures and policies e.g. Health & Safety, SLA's, KPI's etc

- Manage the help desk and asset management systems using concept and maximo

- Raise purchase orders in line with company requirements

- Liaise with clients and action queries promptly in line with the scope of the outsourced contract

- Work effectively within a team environment and ensure targets and results are achieved in line with customer expectations





Minimum requirements:

- Ideally educated to Degree level

- Full proficiency in MS Office and some experience in Maximo, Concept, Dynamics AX is desired

- Previous experience in a customer facing role

- At least 1-2 years experience within the Facilities Management industry

- Excellent time management and organisation skills

- Result and task orientated, with attention to detail

- Some financial experience would be an advantage
