With the growing complexity of the business environment (Growing at both B2C and B2B segments), our client is looking for an experienced leader in Customer Service function. You are expected to bring the current service quality to next level.
You should have more than 15 years experience in the customer service functions, with hands-on experience customer support, call center operation, warranty cost control etc. You should also have strong communication and influence skill when cooperating with your senior peers in the organization.
English and Mandarin capability is a must.
