Highly respected cancer charity, Cancer Council Victoria, is seeking an Events Program Manager to provide leadership and insight to a large, high performing events team who deliver the organisation's nationally branded, iconic fundraising events in Victoria.



Reporting into the Division Head your role will play a critical part in the strategic direction and evaluation of the current events program. Under a federated structure you will be a key representative and stakeholder manager at national conferences, national sub-committees and working groups and will play an influential role in driving key initiatives through your team. Supported by talented operational Team Managers your role will support the Division Head and will focus heavily on key projects surrounding strategy, program efficiency, reporting and evaluation.



With a degree level or higher qualification in business, marketing or a related discipline, you will be an accomplished people manager with extensive experience managing fundraising campaigns from a senior level. With strong stakeholder skills you will have demonstrated the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation. Reporting and evaluation play a key part in the success of these programs and you will be highly skilled in data and marketing analytics.



This management role is pivotal to the delivery of approximately 25% of the organisation's charitable income.
