An independent NSW State Government agency, with oversight responsibilities of the NSW public sector, is currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a keen interest in process analysis for operational control to join their team on an initial contract for 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team who offer a diverse skill set and exceptional ability to achieve team goals.



The key responsibility of this position will be to work with project teams across the agency to analyse and report on data, in order to improve outcomes of a variety of programs. The ideal person for this position will have experience of working in a large commercial organisation, understanding the specifics of process improvement.



Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the production of advice materials to explain the practical application of operational controls for improved outcomes, mapping of processes and efficiencies, stakeholder engagement, the analysis of organisations with the overall goal of improving business processes, being able to identify trends and offer sound and simple advice, exceptional stakeholder management and outstanding communication skills.



Candidates who have previously worked for a 'Big 4' auditing firm or other large consultancy and have completed their MBA will be looked upon favourably.
