This leading wealth organisation currently have an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with strong exposure to call centre sales management and operations to take up the role of Channel Support Specialist.



In this role, you will be working within a strong sales culture and your responsibilities will include coordinate and manage call centre processes to ensure the team are performing at the highest level, managing inbound/outbound call centre telephony set up and operations and developing and implementing call centre scripts to ensure the optimal customer experience and sales outcomes. You will also be tasked with reporting on call centre performance including revenue, costs and other call centre metrics.



To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have 3 years plus experience in sales with strong exposure to call centre leadership and operations. Previous experience working within Wealth Management or Financial Services will be highly regarded.You will also be an analytical, problem solver, with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record driving sales results.
