This well known, global organisation based Melbourne CBD is currently seeking a Head of Learning for a project lasting approximately 3 months.



You will be responsible for the review of the Learning set up and implement a suitable and sustainable Learning Management System. To do this you will liaise with various business units and following the roll out, ensure there are suitable processes in place to ensure the success of the LMS set up. You will also be responsible for investigating current learning spend and creating cost effective calendars and training programmes.



To be successful for this project, you will have extensive learning management skills, including implementing cost effective processes as well as a new LMS. You will have previously managed a team of Learning specialists and will have impeccable stakeholder management skills. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join a global leader in a challenging project role.
