Young, energetic, hungry to succeed, this sound like you? Good then read on, my client is an award winning commercial builder based in Melbourne City. Between the directors they have over 50 years experience in the industry, which means two things.

1) They are good at what they do, otherwise they would'nt't be still in business

2) They know most people in the industry, meaning that a lot of their work is repeat business with clients who they have excellent relationships.



Some of their clients are well known financial institutions, international developers and global retail organisations, companies you want to be involved with going forward. The projects they associate themselves with combine a good mix of construction from commercial fit out to new build construction of industrial units, apartments, retail and heritage listed works.



With a full book of work on the cards, they are now looking to take another two or three projects on and with that they will need some new members to join the team.



With this client, there is a genuine opportunity to move into a business that has seen consistent growth over the last three years with a philosophy that the business is only as good as the staff that work there. You will be working alongside experienced contract administrators, project coordinators and projects managers. Team work is the name of the game in this business and everyone has to be willing to help the team out for the good of the job, if this is'nt't you then don't apply.



We are looking for Site Managers who must have experience with either large scale tier 3 or tier 2 builders here in Melbourne. You must be a go getter, someone who wants to push the job as hard as possible (while keeping relationships with all your contractors) in order to get the best possible outcome. Basically were not looking for someone to sit in the site office all day, we are looking for people who genuinely enjoy the building industry and are proud to put their name to completed projects.

You must have experience across new build construction to a minimum of $10m, people who have completed a good variety of projects will be looked upon favourably. We need you to have shown loyalty to your current and previous employers, not someone who moves around every year.



Put simply we are looking for Site Managers who are currently employed in a business but are looking for a fresh challenge, maybe work is drying up in your current role, or you feel the time is right to take the next step, either way if you have to have the above we would love to hear from you.



Salary is commensurate with experience and as soon as we meet a gun will be making an offer so the sooner the better.
