Job Title: Customer Service Executive- Scunthorpe

Salary up to £18,000 Per Annum

Hours: 08.30-5pm Monday to Friday

Job Type: Permanent

Start-date: ASAP



A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client, a specialist manufacturer based in Scunthorpe on a permanent basis.



THE ROLE

As Customer Service Executive you will provide support to Business Development Managers and Key Customers being the first point of contact for orders, enquiries, quotations and delivery schedules.



Imperative to the position is communicating with internal departments minimising delays in the manufacturing process, as well as providing feedback and information in relation to the production of goods. You will be responsible for ensuring sufficient stock is available by working closely with planners, maximising order potential and customer satisfaction.

Skills and experience required



1) A wealth of experience providing customer service to key accounts, within manufacturing and/or logistic environments

2) Advanced IT Skills, with the ability to produce statistical and historical reports

3) Able to pro-actively and re-actively manage key customer accounts

4) Ability to identify trends in order patterns, as well as communicate changing trends throughout the order process

5) Keen eye and attention to detail

6) Able to problem solve autonomously, providing realistic and achievable solutions

7) Solid negotiation skills, able to manage the order process between customer, BDM, production and supply chain
